Education Qualification:

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deploy upgrades to fulfil compliance, security or capacity requirements
  • Design, test and implement news solutions for product under its direct responsibility
  • Work in close relationship with other IT teams to ensure client requirement and expectation are mutually agreed
  • Deliver continuous improvement of the products under its direct responsibility (efficiency, new features, self-service, …)
  • Support production platforms across all products under the department’s responsibility (include Support, Weekend operation)

Desired skills:

  • Cisco Certified Network Associate Certification.
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional or Voice Collaboration Certification.
  • Global orientation and Process oriented.
  • Ability to stay focused and Open to work in 24X7 shifts if required.
  • Intermediate level experience in handling Cisco IP telephony Network Infrastructure.
  • Basic Understanding of concepts: OSI and TCP/IP Model, VTP, STP, Ether channel, HSRP, Routing Protocols, etc.
  • Intermediate understanding of switching – VLAN, Voice VLAN, Inter Vlan routing, PoE etc.

Soft skills:

  • Ability to think analytically while working in a high-volume work environment
  • Able to easily communicate complex concepts and instructions to non-technical end-users
  • Knowledge and understanding of network designs and concepts
  • Ability to apply technical knowledge to troubleshoot

Work Location: Mumbai (Either Mumbai office or the Client site depending on the company requirement)

  • An end-to-end QoS configuration/troubleshooting Cisco Call Manager, Unity 7.x 9.x,UCCX 7.x 9.X, SRST, Call Manager Express8.x, Gateways, conferencing/ transcoding and LDAP directory integration Voice trunking/signaling
  • Should have experience in deploying new Virtual machines
  • Strong hands-on experience with VoIP and/or Unified Communications technologies
  • Experience in Cisco Emergency Responder, Cisco SME and Unified Attendant Console Experience in Skype is plus

NICE Support Engineer

Designation: NICE Support Engineer

Education Qualification:

  • BE/BSc/Diploma in IT, Electronics/ Telecommunications, Computer Science.

Need hands on experience/knowledge on the following areas::

  • Knowledge Deployment & Troubleshooting experience on NICE applications like NIM, NRX, NTR, NTRX & Engage
  • Knowledge of Virtual Machines (VMWare)
  • Knowledge of Windows server OS (2008 and above), SQL Database and Web application
  • Knowledge & understanding of various troubleshooting tools like Wireshark, Network monitoring, etc
  • Good experience on Ticketing tools like Jira, Zendesk, Mantis, etc
  • NICE Certification is a plus

Must have:

  • Hands on experience on NICE applications

Responsibilities:

  • Working in 9 hour rotational shifts covering 24*7 support desk
  • Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance by owning and performing end-state resolution and following the protocol of timely updates
  • Utilize the job ticket system to log all requests and activities including documentation of special requests and solutions to problems for future use by other Techs, Engineers or Analysts.
  • Verifying information according to companies’ database, checking eligibility and level of support according to contract.
  • Gathering information regarding the technical problem that accrued by in order to diagnose the problem in the system.
  • Connecting remotely to the customer’s system to try to resolve or diagnose the problem.
  • Understanding the root cause of the problem and trying to define a long-term solution.
  • Managing requests in the CRM/Ticketing system
  • Escalating cases to higher tiers according to the defined protocols or by taking the required decision on a situation basis.
  • Gather deep-dive knowledge of our products which will play a key role in the success of servicing our customer

  • Fundamental knowledge of Public, Private and hybrid cloud deployments
  • Experience with Python, YAML, and Bash
